How to order from our website

Navigate through the items on our site. Alongside each item is a button called Add to cart and the website will add this item to your shopping cart.

From the shopping cart you can select more than one of an item by using the dropdown box to select a new quantity. Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery information as requested by the website.

The website logs your order and you may then choose to pay by credit card, cheque or to contact us to arrange for payment.

Returns

We strive to ensure that all products are of the highest quality. However, in the unlikely event that your purchase is found to be defective, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund. If you find a defect, please report and return the product to us within 14 days from the date of dispatch for defective items.

Right to Cancel

Under the United Kingdom's Consumer Contracts Regulations (formerly known as the Distance Selling Regulations), you have the right to cancel your contract with us for any item purchased, provided the cancellation is made within 14 days from the day after the item is delivered. This right applies to all of our products.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, goods must be in resalable condition. This means they should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

If the goods are unsealed, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations unless the goods are defective.

Returns of non-defective goods that have been unsealed will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.

Refunds

Refunds for defective goods will be processed upon inspection and confirmation of the defect.

Refunds for non-defective goods will only be processed once the goods are returned and inspected.

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within 14 days and return the goods within the same period.

How to Return Goods

Contact the STS North Wales team to initiate the return process.

Package the item securely and send it back to us using the return address provided by our customer service team.

Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will issue a refund or send a replacement if applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has been used or is not returned in its original, resalable condition.

Exemptions

Please note that certain goods including any products made to your specification, may be exempt from the right to cancel.
